Overview of Chandrasekra Das's E mail to Mahasrnga (pasted all the way below) regarding Umapati/Swami/Gurudeva/Prabhu/prabhu: 

The following are some points in a recent e mail exchange between Chandrasekra Prabhu, an Iskcon GBC/ Deputy GBC /ABC for the area of Hongkong/Mainland China, and Mahasrnga Prabhu, and our comments.  

(1) Chandrasekra’s addressing Umapati as “Umapati prabhu” : 

Our Comment: 

Let us take a brief look back at History to understand some similiarities to the ‘prabhu’ factor:  

Chandrasekra Prabhu was initiated by a notorious homosexual child molester Bhavanada Das in the 1980’s.  He then took ‘reinitiation’ (a topic/system never mentioned even once by Srila Prabhpada in all of his books tapes etc ) from Tamal Krishna Maharaj in the mid 1990’s.  Tamal Krishna Maharaj  was also, by the way, the founder, member, as well as the most ardent supporter of the homosexual/heterosexual/child molester Guru regime in Iskcon, all the way till his demise in 2002.  

Tamal Krishna was in particular an ardent and affectionate supporter of Chandrasekra’s first ‘Guru’ Bhavananda Swami ‘Visnupada’ (later then demoted to ‘ Bhavananda Prabhu’). Indeed even when Bhavananda’s homosexual/child molester’s activities were exposed in public in the mid 1980’s, Tamal Krishna had strongly recommended to the GBC that Bhavananda be reinstalled as an initiating Guru, supposedly as a  member of the Parampara of actual God and self realized Gurus.  This is a historical fact, and sickened even some of the moderate GBC illicit sex Guru supporters at the time. Of course, as Bhavananda’s abominable activities kept increasing by the day, only then was he finally removed, and Tamal Krishna had to reluctantly relent to dumping his favourite Guru Buddie. 

History sometimes repeats itself in quite a humorous way.  Just as in the mid 1980’s, Bhavananda Swami ‘Visnupada’ suddenly had to be demoted to Bhavananda ‘Prabhu’ after his illicit sexual activities, while posing as a bonafide Guru, so now about 25 years later, poor Chandrasekra Prabhu has to swallow his own convoluted  ‘Parampara Gurus can have illicit sex’  philosophy. This is because he now has to address Umapati Swami ‘Gurudeva’, as ‘Umapati prabhu’ in his recent e mail to Mahasrnga Prabhu.  

Please note that Umapati is the very same person whom Chandrasekra had all along (15 years) supported and preached to so many Chinese devotees in the Mainland and Hongkong as being a bonafide Guru in the disciplic succession of actual self realized souls. Yet now ironically it is Chandrasekra das who himself has to demote Umapati from the ‘Gurudeva’ status to  ‘prabhu’. And that also not with a capital ‘P’ as you will notice in Chandrasekra’s e mail message to Mahasrnga Prabhu. We humbly submit that Chandrasekra das be more merciful than he already has been for the past 15 years with Umapati by giving him a little face in at least honouring him with a capital 'P' when addressing him as "Prabhu".  

Chandrasekra das had encouraged  many Chinese devotees to the above lie, misleading them, and never objected nor bothered to reveal the real truth about Umapati Prabhu/prabhu. However, by the influence of Time, Chandrasekra Prabhu/prabhu is now forced to throw out his cheer leadership activities of one of the many bogus Iskcon Gurus he has been supporting for so long.  

(2) Chandrasekra mentions in his e mail the “Hongkong temple is the most official representation of Iskcon in their area” as is mentioned in his e mail to Mahasrnga Prabhu.

 Our Comment: 

Chandrasekra Prabhu, who has been promoting the Bogus Iskcon Guru Philosophy in the Mainland from around about 1994 to 2006, was banned from the Mainland by the authorities, when it became intorelable for Lord Krsna seeing him continuously preaching the bogus “Gurus in the Parampara can fall down” philosophy”. Still, even after that he continues to use Srila Prabhupad’s temple in Hongkong to further carry out this bogus preaching in the name of “the Hongkong Temple being the most official representation in their area”. 

Our question to Chandrasekra is that if the 60 or so devotees should see Iskcon as their long run ultimate shelter as implied by him, then why did Chandrasekra not wait till Umapati had left Hongkong, and then let these poor misguided 60 souls come and take full shelther of iskcon Hongkong? They could then have come and after reflecting on what happened before the diety of Srila Prabhupada, could have taken full shelther of Srila Prabhuapad by praying to him for guidance. Then the purpose of taking shelter of Iskcon would have actually been fulfilled,and there would have been no spiritual danger to these 60 devotee’s spiritual lives. Instead Chandrasekra  does the complete opposite, inviting them/condoning their coming, exactly at the time Umapati is in Hongkong, and yet very hypocritically mentioning in his e mail to Mahasrnga that their ultimate shelter should be Iskcon, instead of Umapati. 

(3) Chandrasekra’s point of  “As per the GBC ruling this year Umapati prabhu is not allowed to return to the Mainland, among other things due to his spiritual troubles”:

 Our Comment: 

Anyone with half a brain can understand that if the GBC did not want Umapati to return to the Mainland because of his spiritual troubles, then obviously it is understood that Umapati should not contact his Chinese ‘ disciples,’ and vice versa, as the illusory relationship was now officially over between them, now that Umapati had been officially exposed as a fallen “Guru’. 

Chandrasekra is one of the GBC/Deputy GBC in assisting in the exposure of Umapati since 2008, yet here we find him acting in the usual contradictory and hypocritical behaviour the GBC has been exhibiting for the past 32 years in their dealings whenever their ‘Paramapara illicit sex Gurus’ run into “spiritual trouble”.  Just see the fun !  On one hand, Chandrasekra wasted many hours of his valuable human life in meetings in the holy dham on how to expose a faggot that was in the very first place promoted by himself and his other ‘Guru’ buddies as a bonafide Guru. Then on the other hand, Chandrasekra makes a 180 degree turn and in the very next breath, he goes through the material trouble of facitilating the very same person,Umapati, by allowing and condoning Umapati’s troubled ‘disciples’ to visit their “spiritually troubled” ‘Guru’. This was done in both locations, Mayapur during Umapati’s ‘punishment and purification’ period, and later on in Hongkong.  

The above foolish action of Chandrasekra only further encouraged Mr.Spiritual trouble Guru Umapati, and his spiritually troubled disciples in their already long illusory relationship.  

(4) Chandrasekra transforms Umapatis ‘disciples’ into ‘followers’

 Our Comment: 

This time our hero Chandrasekra is armed with a newly manufactured weapon, namely the concocted excuse of using the term ‘followers’ instead of ‘disciples’ . This one of many pathetic attempts is done just to justify his desire to somehow at least subtly, if not possible grossly, to desperately continue to promote Umapati as a Guru in the Pure Disciplic Succession. 

 Another reason is that by using the word followers, it will not look too controversial to anyone that might object the term ‘disciple’. 

This latest fashion of Chandrasekra has never been attempted even by the other many GBC/Guru buddies of Chandrasekra since the past 32 years in their cover up of Iskcon fallen Gurus. It seems that this is solely Chandrasekra’s latest among many newly concocted speculations on how to justify the bogus Iskcon Guru regime. 

(5) Chandrasekra mentions that there was no Vyasa Puja/Guru puja for Umapati in Hongkong.

 Our Comment:  

A Vyasa Puja/Guru Puja  may or may not have happened in Hongkong, but  both did happen in the holy dham of Mayapur, even after Umapati being officially exposed for his homosexual activities with his disciples by Chandrasekra and the rest of the GBC. Thus, one therefore will naturally bring up the point of whether it also happened in Hongkong. In any case, by still allowing Umapati’s disciples/followers to visit him so soon in Hongkong after his official sanction, and by allowing him to gather together with his disciples/followers and giving classes, unfortunately feeds Umapati and company with the subtle mentality that he is still a Guru. Thus this has undone the very point that Chandrasekra and the GBC are trying to relate to the Chinese devotees.  

In around 2008, Chandrasekra and his GBC buddies sanctioned Umapati by having him stay in Mayapur for some time for ‘purification’ and ‘realisation’ of his falldowns with his disciples in Mainland China. The amazing part was that Chandrasekra still at the time fully approved, and did not stop Umapati’s ‘disciples’ from visiting him constantly in Mayapur, thus continuing to encourage Umapati in his illusion that he was still a Guru.  

Further more disgustingly amazing activities was exhibited when Umapati was given a full fledged Vyasa Puja ceremony in the holy dham of Mayapur, complete with foot bathing, huge feasting, and chanting of Sanskrit praises such as “Jay Om Visnupada----etc” ,and other titles that are solely reserved only for actual liberated souls. Even more amazing was that the two twin pujari brothers, Jannivasa , and Pankajanabhi Prabhus attended this programme, and also took part in the chanting of such praises. This Vyasa Puja was condoned by some GBC/Gurus and , ‘Senior’ Prabhupada disciples. Otherwise it could not have taken place on the grounds of Iskcon Mayapur. 

History, on this particular occasion repeated itself in the most cruel way, the good name of Vyasadeva and the holy dham Mayapur, was once again thrown in the pig sty as it was when Bhavanandas’ bogus feet were continously washed for many years in Mayapur from  the late 1970’s to the mid 1980s.  Video on You Tube was also made for this monstrous occasion. Recently when Chandrasekra was asked as to why the Vyasa Puja was held during Umapati’s punishment and ‘purification’ period, he replied that the devotees in Mayapur are extremely merciful in that they thought it was fitting to wash Umapati’s homo feet in his Vyasa Puja ceremony. This reminds us of one example that Srila Prabhupad mentions that in India in the old days when one had cholera, sometime a well meaning relative in the name of ‘mercy’ will give a chapati to the sick person to eat and immediately that person’s condition would worsened to the point of immediate death. Srila Prabhupada mentions that this mercy is NOT mercy, but killing.  So feeding false praise and worship on an imposter will only further feed one’s false ego of being a Guru, and lead him to his/her spiritual death quicker.  

In simple words, putting a homosexual and Vyasadeva on the same status is considered  ‘mercy’ by our ‘hero’ Chandrasekra. Again another of many of Chandrasekra’s unrepentant and pathetic argumenst to continue his homosexual/hertesexsual/ chld molester Guru regime. 

(6) Chandrasekra’s mention of the likelihood of Umapati passing away first, rather than his ‘disciples/followers’ : 

Our Comment:  

By studying the nature and articles that Chandrasekra has written on the Guru issue as described below, one should deeply reconsider as to who should pass away first,and that also quickly, (a) Umapati Swami/Gurudeva/Prabhu/ prabhu ?, or (b) Umapati’s ‘disciples’, who have been metharmorphosised by Chandrasekra to becoming ‘followers’?, or  (c) Chandrasekra das himself ?, or (d)  ourselves ?  Let the true followers/disciples of Srila Prabhupada be the final judge on this matter. 

Although externally Chandrasekra das displays an artificial calm mode of goodness nature, internally there is an ocean of the mode of ignorance in his understanding of the qualities of a bonafide Guru, as mentioned in all of Srila Prabhupad’s books. Cunningly disregarding all the ever liberated qualities that Srila Prabhupada always many times overwhelmingly stressed in his books that a Guru should possess, Chandrasekra das usually half quotes Srila Prabhupada whenever he tries to write articles defending the Bogus Iskcon Guru system, without fully completing the whole meaning.  Chandrasekra also does not properly study the whole context of what Srila Prabhupada is actually referring to, in Srila Prabhupada’s immediate previous quotes on a particular topic.  

 Chandrasekra das's writings display a cover up of the immensely embarrassing and frustratingly panicky situation that both he and the GBC have found themselves into, by disregarding Srila Prabhupad's instructions on how the initiation system in Iskcon should have been conducted. Chandrasekra das mixes Srila Prabhupad's quotes with his own conceptions in a most desperate manner as his defence and support for the creation, maintainance, and his intense hopeful continuity of the homosexual/heterosexual/child molester Guru regime in Iskcon for 10,000 years on this planet. Thus Chandrasekra and his many GBC/Guru buddie’s have both contributed to destroying Iskcon, bringing it down to its knees where spiritual purity of the Guru is concerned. 

Chandrasekra Das is an ardent die hard supporter of the Bogus Iskcon Guru system Post 1977. He will say and write the most pathetic things in the most desperate manner to cling on to his bogus Guru philosophy, thus making himself look completely ridiculous. This is evidenced in his many articles written on the Guru issue as well as in his recent e mail reply to Mahasrnga Prabhu. 

Chandrasekra himself, deep in his heart knows very well that his defending of one bogus Guru after another throughout all these years is a big bad ugly joke on the good name of Iskcon. This is the very same Iskcon that we are all aware of as to how much Srila Prabhupada so painstakingly created and preserved its spiritual purity during his physical presence. Yet no one, except the personality of Kali knows why unfortunately Chandrasekra das stubbornly keeps clinging on to his perverted and convoluted ideas on the Guru issue. 

Please open this e mail attachments and read Chandrasekra’s Prabhu/ prabhu’s most misleading and offensive articles on the Guru issue which he compiled mainly for the ‘enlightenment ’ of the Chinese devotees, and also the subsequent replies refuting his nonsense writings 

(7) The point of Chandrasekra being a whistle blower on Umapati: 

Our Comment: This is not actually fully accurate,because of the following historical events:  

History shows us that in the summer of 1998, a Mainland Chinese devotee, after visiting the Iskcon Hongkong Temple had visited the house of one of the devotees who had opposed the bogus Iskcon Guru system, and had thus just been kicked out by the Iskcon Gurus in Hongkong, being branded a ‘poisonous rtvik’. This Mainland devotee who although had never personally met with this poisonous Hongkong rtvik before, had heard of him being banned by Iskcon, yet being very brave, secretly met with him, and informed him of Umapatis homosexual  involvement with three of his disciples in Mainland China. He also mentioned that two of those disciples were his personal friends for a long time and had revealed and trusted to him in detail about all the dealings of Umapati with them.  

The Mainland devotee further informed that after he had heard everything from his friends about Umapati, he was naturally very pained and disgusted that a person in the name of a bonafide Guru in the pure disciplic succession should be doing these abominable things, and so he naturally approached the local Temple/Centre authorities there, informing them of the situation.  Unfortunately because these local authorities were also ‘disciples’ of Umapati’s at the time, they responded in a completely fanatic way, by  threatening to physically beat this devotee up if he ever brought up such topics about their ‘Gurudeva’ Umapati Swami. They then kicked him out from that city, and asked him to go back to his hometown in the south. 

Seeing no recourse, this devotee then personally came to Hongkong with the sole purpose of informing Tamal Krishna Maharaj, & Giridhari Swami who were the “Gurus’ in charge of Hongkong at the time. However seeing the hesitant response and unwilling attitude on the part of both these ‘Gurus’ to confront Umapati, and instead being interogatted by Tamal & Giridhari as if he were the culprit, this devotee became further disgusted. He then took the time and effort to reveal to the banned rtvik devotee these above points. The banned rtvik then informed another local devotee, but because both had been banned and branded as deviants by Tamal Krishna and Giridhari at the time, there was nothing that could be done, except to inform the other rtviks in the Mainland to be careful about Umapati. 

Chandrasekra das soon became aware of this Mainland devotee approaching Tamal & Giridhari about Umapati, but in their usual standard method of covering/stalling/ repressing/ any bad news about their Guru/GBC buddies, this matter was hushed up by the three with hope against hope that Umapati would not do such a thing again. Tamal Krishna was particularly concerned that since this would be the very first time that Mainland China would ever be receiving the ‘honourable news’ of an Iskcon Guru falldown, the matter should not be exposed in the public at all costs. Of course we all know that the rest of the world had already long been ‘honoured’ twenty years before, ie in1978 on the constant news of one Iskcon Guru falldown after another. 

Tamal Krishna also mentioned the implications of confronting and exposing Umapati could have on his own and Giridhari’s ‘disciples’ in Mainland China and Hongkong, especially with the added ‘burden’ of what would happen if the rtviks in the Mainland ever knew about this matter. Thus as usual the GBC/Gurus and their cheerleaders headed by Chandrasekra Das put forward their own self motivations and interests first, in preference to revealing the truth. 

Thus the above matter was never confronted to Umapati by either Tamal, Giridhari or Chandrasekra for 10 years (1998 – 2008), and these three persons continued promoting to the Chinese devotees both in the Mainland & Hongkong that Umapati was a bonafide Guru in the pure disciplic succession of self realized souls. In this way they all directly/indirectly facilitated Umapati to further make many more hundreds of disciples in Mainland China than he already had, for a further period of ten years. Thus without receiving even a pip sqeak from any of these three ‘spiritual authorities,’ Umapati like a fool, happily in deep illusion continued his Guru business in the Mainland and so did Tamal and Giridhari as friendly Guru competitors. Our ‘hero’, Chandrasekra was engaged in dedicatedly making many devotees and offering them at the bogus feet of these three personalities, and still till this day (Year 2010) going on in his 15^th anniversary of doing so. 

The so called whistle blowing of Chandrasekra Prabhu on Umapati was finally done 10 years later in 2008, after the accidental departure of his ‘second initiating Guru’ Tamal Krishna, and after the nervous breakdown of Chandrasekra’s admirable Siksa Guru Giridhari Swami who was always trying to catch up futilely with Tamal and Umapati in grabbing as many disciples as he could in the Mainland for himself.   

This so called whistle blowing by Chandrasekra das was done only out of a last resort desperate reluctant effort, solely owing to Umapati’s continuous increase in his homosexual activities with more disciples. In other words the case was far advanced than the 1998 incidents of just 3 disciples being victimized, and Chandrasekra could see that now many devotees in the Mainland were voicing their outrage, and it was impossible for him to continue artificially putting the lid on this issue. Thus it was only then that our ‘saviour’ Chandrasekra was forced to take some action.  

Again as mentioned above in Point No. 2 ,History repeats itself  in the most humorous way.  Following in the footsteps of his second bogus initiating Guru, Tamal Krishna who in the mid 1980’s as mentioned earlier in this message (see Point No.1) had to reluctantly dump Bhavananda after cheerleading and supporting his homosexual activities for many years, Chandrasekra had no choice but to decide to blow the whistle and dump Umapati. This he did by visiting the holy dhams and have many hours of meeting with his other GBC/Guru Buddies on how to expose Umapati’s faggot behaviour. 

May Lord Krishna and our beloved eternal  guru, Srila Prabhupada forgive every member of ISKCON, (both inside and outside members) for allowing the GBC to create this chaos in human society and in the International society for Krishna Consciousness. By their grace, may we all now begin to obey their orders and reemerge out of chaos back to order: namely at the lotus feet of Srila Prabhupada, the eternal bonafide spiritual master of all the members of his transcendental movement.

I appreciate your information about Umapati prabhus visit to Hong Kong. I also noticed that you called the people who visited him 'followers from the mainland' and not his disciples which is also quite true.
 
However, I would disagree that he has "spiritual troubles". Being a pedifile-child molestor in the garb of a sannyasi is not only a physical but a mental problem as well. Nothing spiritual that I can see.
 
If he does pass away sooner than later it will probably be the better for everyone concerned. Then someone who has higher authority can deal with him.

Although not directly addressed to me I thought to respond to your letter.

The reliable contact in HK that you refer to is not entirely correct.

That Umapati prabhu did visit/transit through Hong Kong and that 60 devotees visited at the same time to see him is true. That a viyasapuja was held is not true. That Chandrasekhar organized the whole (viyasapuja) is also not true.

What did happen?

As per the GBC ruling this year Umapati prabhu is not allowed to return to the mainland, among other things, due to his spiritual troubles. He asked the EC if he could transit through Hong Kong should he travel elsewhere and that was granted to him. Some followers in the mainland asked if they could visit during that time, as they wouldn't get to see him otherwise, and the Hong Kong temple agreed.

No 'special' program was arranged as such. Only the regular morning and evening programs, which he and all the devotees attended. He wasn't arranged to give all the classes, although he naturally gave some. There was no foot washing, nor was there any gurupujas and things along those lines. He was informed beforehand that, that wouldn't be allowed. As a number of devotees were visiting, the temple did a rrange some other functions for the devotees, e.g. bhajans in the temple, a cooking class and an outing to see the sites. Umpati prabhu didn't attend these functions. I felt the association was spiritually encouraging for all concerned.

The Hong Kong temple saw no reason to forbid his followers from coming to see him during his visit. Additionally they are followers of ISKCON and consider themselves as such, as does he. He will likely pass away sooner rather than latter. They, however, will remain much longer in this world. I would like to feel and help that they can feel and understand that ISKCON (the Hong Kong temple is the most official representation of it in this area) is their home and that they can visit the temple in Hong Kong as they require and as is practical for the temple to ho st that number of devotees.

I'm not sure if Hamsarupa knows or not but since he did the investigation on Umapati prabhu he might be
interested. I just found out from a reliable contact in Hong Kong that 60 "disciples" of Umapati came to HK from China and had a"viyasapuja" for him.  I even heard Chandrasekar organized the whole thing.  Can't figure that out since he was the one who blew the whistle on him in the first place. Anyway if you could pass this along to Hams a I would appreciate it.
